What you will do

• Define end-to-end defensive architecture across identity, endpoint, SaaS, and telemetry systems.
• Identify and resolve systemic friction, control gaps, and ownership overlaps between security teams.
• Lead multi-team security initiatives requiring complex coordination and executive-level visibility.
• Develop KPI frameworks that measure real security impact rather than raw activity.
• Translate complex technical security challenges into clear architectural direction and business-aligned recommendations.
• Improve the group-wide operating model, including team interfaces and dependency management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Tel Aviv.
• Senior security architect or staff-level technical leader with broad defensive security depth.
• Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives across organizational boundaries.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify patterns and dependencies in large security programs.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and build trust across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building defensive architecture in a high-growth, global SaaS company.
• Familiarity with identity-first security, zero-trust models, and telemetry pipelines.
