What you will do

• Design and develop complex backend services, API endpoints, and database entities.
• Monitor system health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic.
• Lead technical initiatives, including refinements, task-force planning, and feature documentation.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and defend technical proposals.
• Perform complex issue investigations and fix bugs in production environments.
• Provide training and support to operational and technical teams.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge and experience with Java.
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and database management (relational/non-relational).
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Must be based in Brazil to support the remote-first team structure.
• Ability to communicate clearly and participate in meetings in English.
• Ownership mindset and focus on delivering robust solutions.
