Partner Success & Enablement Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Maintain partner onboarding programs and create enablement documentation, playbooks, and sales kits.
• Act as the operational hub, coordinating between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Qualify incoming partnership requests and maintain the partner pipeline in the CRM.
• Assist partners in preparing customer proposals, presentations, and reference architectures.
• Track partner KPIs, business metrics, and engagement scores to identify growth gaps.
• Organize partner training sessions, webinars, and coordinate participation in marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Partner Success, Partner Enablement, Channel Operations, or Customer Success.
• Fluent English proficiency (CV must be submitted in English).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and partner programs.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or Kubernetes.
• Must be able to travel to Madrid and other European cities for onboarding, project meetings, and twice-yearly all-hands events.
