Wizz Management Trainee - Marketing 1 (Aviation)

Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary and hold active student status at a Hungarian university.

What you will do

• Execute regional marketing campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and partnership channels.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and social agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Assist with airport marketing agreements, partnership activations, and development projects.
• Support sponsorships, influencer campaigns, events, and special marketing activations.
• Maintain internal brand materials and the hirify.global Brand Hub according to guidelines.
• Prepare presentations, competitor overviews, and campaign performance summaries.

Requirements

• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Active student status at a Hungarian university (graduating within 2 years).
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Strong MS Office knowledge, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Digital-savvy mindset with interest in social media and content creation.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative design tools.
• Interest in AI-driven marketing tools and digital innovation.
• Previous traineeship or internship experience.
