Working Student Event Management (Drone Technology)

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany; occasional travel to tradeshows and events within Germany and Europe is required.

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of congresses, trade fairs, customer events, and other business events.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, marketing materials, booth setup, and onsite event support.
• Research and coordinate suitable equipment suppliers with internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and order giveaways and serve as the internal contact for related enquiries.
• Support operational processes within the marketing department.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to strengthen customer and partner engagement.

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, marketing, communication sciences, or a related subject, or attending a relevant training program.
• Initial experience organizing or supporting events.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to support booth setup, logistics, material handling, and event execution.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, structured, and able to work independently.
• Practical experience, numerical affinity, and confidence with MS Office.
• Professional communication in English and German is required; a driving license and willingness to drive the company pool car to events are required.
