Location: Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa, with the ability to work regularly from the company's dedicated video studio.

What you will do
- Appear on camera for UGC-style ads, skits, and direct-to-camera explainers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Video Lead to shoot content in the studio and on location.
- Research and deconstruct paid social trends across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to develop new ad concepts.
- Write scripts, hooks, and storyboards using Figma to plan visual content.
- Edit social-first videos in Premiere Pro with a focus on pacing, sound design, and platform-native structure.
- Integrate AI tools into the creative process for scripting, visual references, and editing efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa, and able to work from the studio.
- 3+ years of experience as a content creator, video editor, or creative producer.
- Strong on-camera confidence and ability to perform naturally for social-first video.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating UGC-style ads or social video content.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and Figma for storyboarding and editing.
- Deep interest in B2B marketing, paid social patterns, and short-form video trends.
