What you will do

• Conduct research in machine learning, computer vision, and computer graphics.
• Develop and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for image/video synthesis and 3D reconstruction.
• Build complete prototypes that achieve top-tier performance.
• Collaborate with a world-class team of researchers and engineers.
• Contribute to high-impact scientific publications and conferences.
• Integrate research findings into hirify.global's ecosystem technologies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany.
• Proven publication record in top-tier conferences like CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, or SIGGRAPH.
• Significant experience building complete prototypes with state-of-the-art performance.
• Fluency in Python and strong software engineering skills in complex systems.
• Expertise in deep learning modeling frameworks such as PyTorch or Jax.
• Ability to work across the entire ML stack from low-level systems to high-level algorithms.

Nice to have

• PhD, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Specific research experience in neural rendering, view synthesis, or 3D reconstruction.
