What you will do

• Monitor and inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Inspect delivered electrical materials to verify they match approved submittals and contract requirements.
• Maintain detailed daily logs, site photographs, and issue Field Observation Reports or Non-Conformance Reports.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to electrical safety standards.
• Lead the preparation of snagging lists and review As-Built drawings and O&M manuals for technical accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure integration across electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 7–8 years in Site Inspection within a Consultancy or Supervision firm.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of International Standards (IEC/BS) and Egypt Statutory Authority codes.
• Significant experience in Post-Contract Supervision and QA/QC processes.
• Proficiency in site management software and digital inspection tools.
