ISSO / Security Compliance Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide system-level ISSO support, maintaining security records and validating evidence.
• Update CSAM records and track Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Reconcile ServiceNow actions and support access and account reviews.
• Prepare recurring security reports and coordinate with system owners and technical teams.
• Analyze relationships between system architecture, controls, vulnerabilities, and authorization status.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and eligibility for Tier 4 High-Risk Public Trust investigation.
• At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or ISSO roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting federal systems.
• Proficiency with NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, SSPs, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as CSAM, eMASS, Xacta, Archer, or ServiceNow GRC.
• Security+ certification (required or obtainable before start).

Nice to have

• CGRC certification.
• Experience with Tenable, Qualys, or Splunk.
• Knowledge of Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC/GCC High, or FedRAMP.
• Bachelor’s degree.
