What you will do

• Run discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Design target workflows, including approval chains, routing logic, and complex integration mappings.
• Direct AI-assisted deployment tooling to generate first-draft configurations and workflows.
• Validate all AI-generated outputs against specific customer policies, edge cases, and audit requirements.
• Manage enterprise deployments concurrently, handling stakeholder politics and ensuring clear paths to launch.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer to shape product and engineering priorities.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, scale-up, consulting, or banking.
• Client-facing experience with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
• Strong ability to write clear, specific instructions for AI tools and evaluate their outputs.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or Zapier.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders from analysts to CFOs.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently.
