What you will do

• Define and implement test strategies and testing approaches for projects.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing activities.
• Validate complex business flows, critical features, and edge cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure resolution.
• Improve QA processes, tools, and general testing practices.
• Mentor and support QA team members, providing guidance and feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (web, APIs, complex systems).
• Strong experience in test design: test plans, strategy, cases, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Python and understanding of OOP principles.
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing (gRPC/WebSocket is a plus).
• Experience working with CI/CD and integrating automated tests.
• Ability to assess risks and define testing scope based on business impact.
