What you will do

• Process monthly payroll data via external vendors ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor legislation.
• Verify payroll calculations including salaries, bonuses, overtime, taxes, and social security contributions.
• Act as the main point of contact for work schedules, attendance reports, and overtime tracking.
• Prepare monthly payroll estimates, forecasts, and management reports.
• Manage all types of employee leave and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date employee records.
• Coordinate with Finance and People & Culture teams and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll.
• English: C1 level (fluent) required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
• Strong knowledge of local employment, social security, and tax legislation.

Nice to have

• Experience managing complex shift rotations and summed-up working time.
• Experience working with mid-size or large organizations with decentralized teams.
