What you will do

• Execute month-end close processes, including journal entries and P&L fluctuation analysis.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and documentation for asset-backed securitization transactions.
• Collaborate across departments to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Support monthly variance analysis for management reporting.
• Lead team initiatives to meet tight deadlines and drive process improvements.
• Train junior staff and assist with ad hoc financial projects.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS365 suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or OneStream.
• Background in the telecommunications industry.
