What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal helpdesk inquiries.
• Provide desk-side and remote support for hardware, software, and application issues.
• Build, upgrade, and maintain PC systems and configure network access for new users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to viruses, email, security, and connectivity.
• Manage personal ticket queues and escalate critical issues according to company standards.

Requirements

• College degree in a related field or equivalent technical training.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or professional certifications such as A+ or MCP.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Intune management.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with end users.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts to support a global workforce.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Mac and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of telecommunication and telephony systems.
