What you will do

• Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications supporting critical business workflows.
• Contribute to the modernization of monolithic architectures and implement backend features.

• Implement Event-Driven and Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using RSpec and Minitest.

Requirements

• Must be based in the European Union and hold a valid work permit.
• Commercial experience as a Ruby Developer in modern web environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and the Ruby ecosystem.
• Proficiency in RSpec and/or Minitest for testing.
• Experience with MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and Linux-based environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
