What you will do

• Define and execute the technical roadmap in line with overall business goals.
• Lead architectural design decisions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle and manage resource allocation.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and maintain high performance.
• Implement and enforce coding standards, robust testing, and continuous integration practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in software development with a significant portion in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
