TL;DR

C++ Engineer (Infrastructure): Developing high-performance construction planning and project delivery software with an accent on BIM integration and 4D simulations. Focus on optimizing scheduling algorithms, implementing scalable C++ applications, and managing SQL database integrations.

Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas) or work remotely from home

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ applications for the SYNCHRO 4D Pro product.
  • Implement and optimize algorithms for efficiency and robustness in real-world construction scenarios.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in existing codebases, providing timely fixes.
  • Contribute to system architecture discussions and improve design patterns and frameworks.
  • Work with build systems and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth integration and deployment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience with C++.
  • Experience working with SQL Server and Azure SQL databases.
  • Working knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with 3D technologies, computational geometry, or graphics programming.
  • Familiarity with C# test frameworks and OOP principles.
  • Knowledge of scheduling algorithms and performance optimization techniques.
