C++ Engineer (Mid-level)

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; office-based or hybrid

Salary: From €3,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ applications for SYNCHRO 4D Pro.
• Implement and optimize algorithms for performance, efficiency, and robustness.
• Debug complex issues and deliver fixes and improvements across existing codebases.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture, design patterns, and software framework improvements.
• Work with build systems and CI/CD pipelines to support integration and deployment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software development experience with C++.
• Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL databases.
• Experience working with Scrum and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable, testable, efficient, and secure code.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Resume submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of scheduling algorithms and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with 3D technologies, computational geometry, or graphics programming.
• Familiarity with C# test frameworks, data structures, and object-oriented programming principles.
