What you will do

• Take ownership of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from ideation and research to production deployment and monitoring.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to validate models and quantify business impact for future iterations.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and communicate technical findings.
• Develop core algorithms for post-booking recommendations and customer service to anticipate traveler needs.
• Apply AI/ML concepts to real-world products, ensuring scalability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience in machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PySpark) and proficiency in SQL.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end ML solutions, including feature engineering and evaluation strategies.
• Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Physics).
• 2+ years of hands-on industry experience deploying models in production.
• Experience with reinforcement learning, GenAI, or LLM technologies.
• Domain knowledge in e-commerce, recommendation systems, or customer service.
• Ability to translate academic research papers into improved model designs.
