What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery pipeline from prioritized backlog to verified release.
• Translate business priorities into precise, developer-ready technical specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
• Define and enforce "Definition of Done" and quality standards across product, engineering, design, and marketing.
• Drive sprint planning, task tracking, and follow-through to ensure no projects stall.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks using structured systems rather than workarounds.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and report status directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery/Project Lead on live software products.
• Proven track record of writing technical specs that engineers can execute without excessive back-and-forth.
• Expertise in running Agile delivery processes (backlog management, sprints, releases) end-to-end.
• Technical fluency to credibly discuss implementation trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Advanced daily use of AI tools (LLMs, agents) to accelerate specifications, analysis, and delivery.
• Location: Must be based within ± 4 hours of the CET time zone.
