Location: Must be based in Baku and able to work directly from the office.

• Support customers, courier partners, and venues through live chat and phone channels.
• Ensure delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Azerbaijani.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must be able to work directly from the office in Baku.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift-based schedule.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
