What you will do

• Specify, design, review, and evolve system software security architectures and implementations.
• Conduct threat analysis, attack surface analysis, and security risk assessments for embedded systems and software platforms.
• Define security requirements and maintain traceability through implementation and verification activities.
• Support secure development lifecycle activities, including architecture reviews, security assessments, and security verification.
• Analyze vulnerabilities and defects, perform root cause analysis, and define mitigations and countermeasures.
• Define and review secure boot, secure update, cryptographic services, key management, device identity, and root-of-trust solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent experience in computer science, cybersecurity, software engineering, electronics, mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong cybersecurity and software security architecture experience, including AI security experience.
• Extensive embedded software development experience with C, Rust, and/or assembly language.
• Strong understanding of SoC software stacks, middleware, firmware, operating systems, and applications.
• Experience with threat modeling, security risk assessment, secure system design, and cybersecurity standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with global, cross-functional teams and external evaluation or compliance organizations.

Nice to have

• Security architecture experience for automotive, industrial, or IoT products.
• Experience with the Cyber Resilience Act, secure development lifecycle practices, or product security compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with PSA Certified, SESIP, Common Criteria, vulnerability management, penetration testing, or security assessments.
• Experience with hardware/software security co-design and artificial intelligence security.
