Salary: $78,520 - $117,790

What you will do

• Supervise and schedule quality assurance technicians and laboratory operations.
• Conduct GMP and sanitation audits across production and warehouse areas.
• Monitor and verify HACCP plan critical control points.
• Collaborate with operations personnel to address quality and safety issues.
• Manage product disposition, including holds and releases based on quality standards.
• Coordinate resolution of customer complaints and ensure SPC management practices.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Complete understanding of Food Safety Guidelines, GMPs, and HACCP plans.
• Knowledge of government regulations (FDA, USDA).
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to work onsite in Pasco, WA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Fundamentals of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Experience in large corporate environments.
