What you will do

• Develop and execute innovative training strategies to meet organizational business needs.
• Facilitate face-to-face training, including new hire orientation and technical lab training.
• Assess daily workflow and process improvement needs to drive QA initiatives.
• Compile key training metrics and generate management reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical, procedural, and policy-related inquiries.
• Maintain and revise training procedures and curriculum based on feedback and evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Software, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Clinical Laboratory or Biotech industry.
• 1-2 years of experience leading small to mid-sized teams.
• Knowledge of CLIA/CAP/NYS regulations, ISO 13485, and/or FDA QSRs (21 CFR 820).
• Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a post-offer criminal background check.
