Product Designer

TL;DR

Product Designer: Leading end-to-end design for micromobility software products with an accent on user research, discovery, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on translating qualitative and quantitative insights into scalable design solutions that improve the rider experience and operational tools.

Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

• Lead discovery and design projects from problem framing to final delivery.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build and iterate on product features.
• Advocate for accessible and consistent user experiences across all platforms.
• Contribute to design team rituals and the evolution of design processes.
• Apply AI tools to enhance design and research workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product or UX design within cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead the design process from discovery through to delivery.
• Experience planning and conducting user research independently.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design reasoning to stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily design tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience working with hardware or firmware products.
• Background in building and maintaining design systems.
• Experience with exploratory research beyond standard usability testing.
