What you will do

• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability tests for core product components.
• Build and maintain realistic enterprise-grade test environments and complex topologies.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and system limits through rigorous analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve performance issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis for performance incidents reported by customers.
• Own and evolve performance test labs, including configuration and monitoring.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in performance or load testing or strong systems background.
• Advanced user or system administration level knowledge of Windows and/or Linux.
• Solid understanding of system internals including CPU, memory, storage, and networking.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance risks and bottlenecks.
• English proficiency for daily communication in an international team.
• Technical education or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Scripting or test automation experience (Python).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible or Terraform.
