What you will do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned technical and non-technical roles.
- Proactively source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and AI tools.
- Partner with and coach hiring managers on structured assessment processes and scorecards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Track recruitment KPIs to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring processes.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech, startups, or gaming.
- Proven ability to manage 5–8 active searches in parallel.
- Experience hiring for technical, product, design, or game development roles.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and boolean search.
- English fluency is essential for collaboration in a multicultural team.
- Comfortable using data to analyze funnels and provide actionable recommendations.
