Salary: $110,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Design and develop radar signal processing algorithms for target detection, tracking, and classification.
• Lead development of new radar capabilities with minimal guidance.
• Optimize algorithms for real-time performance under resource constraints.
• Implement algorithms in software (C++, Python, MATLAB) and/or hardware (FPGAs, DSPs).
• Analyze radar data to evaluate system performance and identify improvement areas.
• Build and maintain system simulations/models; plan and lead field tests and data collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience with radar systems.
• Deep understanding of radar systems and radar modes.
• Strong DSP expertise (e.g., modulation, filtering, detection) and algorithm development.
• Strong familiarity with Python or MATLAB; systems engineering experience with RF systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
