What you will do

• Perform vibration data collection and analysis on critical rotating equipment.
• Conduct infrared thermography inspections on electrical systems including panels, motors, and transformers.
• Diagnose faults such as imbalance, misalignment, bearing failure, and looseness.
• Monitor equipment condition in harsh environments and provide detailed technical reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support maintenance and operation teams in improving equipment reliability and participate in root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
• Lead and participate in safety meetings, identifying hazards to prevent accidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• ISO 18436-2 Vibration Analyst Category II certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in condition monitoring or predictive maintenance.
• Experience in power plants, smelters, mining, or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment including SAG/Ball Mills, Crushers, Turbines, and Generators.
• Willingness to work on-site in remote gold mining locations.

Nice to have

• Understanding of motor diagnostics (MCSA).
