What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and ensure continuous availability of critical infrastructure, including UPS, generators, and chillers.
• Drive improvements in uptime and energy efficiency while monitoring key metrics like PUE and power utilization.
• Partner with engineering teams to support high-density GPU deployments and implement liquid cooling strategies.
• Manage third-party facility vendors, oversee service contracts, and ensure strict SLA adherence.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, safety standards, and lead HSE adherence across sites.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for facility incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Centre Facilities operations or critical infrastructure management.
• Experience supporting high-density AI/HPC workloads.
• Deep technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, liquid cooling).
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency for documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
