Graphic Designer (Gamedev)

Location: On-site in Richardson, Texas or Seattle, Washington, United States

What you will do

• Design artwork for game packaging, instruction manuals, game boards, and point-of-purchase displays.
• Develop and modify packaging dielines using templates or custom specifications.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to manufacturing specifications.
• Maintain organized file structures and version control for all design assets.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and Brand Management to deliver creative solutions for product launches.
• Incorporate feedback and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Richardson, TX or Seattle, WA.
• 5+ years of graphic design and production experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and print production.
• Experience with consumer packaging design and dieline creation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience working with licensed brands and style guides.
• Skills in illustration, 3D rendering, logo design, or large-format graphics.
• Photo editing experience.
