What you will do

• Act as subject matter expert for complex, cross-region business concerns and lead the resolution of critical production issues.
• Liaise and build relationships with key stakeholders, including Investments, Compliance, and global service providers.
• Project manage the research, implementation, and documentation of new business requirements and regulatory changes globally.
• Develop and execute team plans, setting priorities and policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Mentor global analysts and administrators, providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
• Identify potential operational risks and lead the implementation of mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of industry experience in an Investment Management firm.
• Excellent global knowledge of investment products and industry standards.
• Previous work experience with Charles River and Aladdin.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end investment services, including trade processing, settlement, valuation, and fund accounting.
• University degree in Finance or business; CFA, CPA, or MBA is considered an asset.
