Salary: $74,900 – $99,900 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Content team and Ad Sales/Sponsorship departments.
• Maintain content trackers and calendars to ensure alignment with sales and sponsorship goals.
• Translate content slate and performance data into compelling sales and sponsor packages.
• Respond to RFPs and contribute to pitch materials for ad-supported services.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives including international expansion and engagement optimization.
• Produce recurring readouts on sponsor package outcomes to refine future content strategy.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in content strategy or media/entertainment roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Working knowledge of ad sales, sponsorships, and streaming models (SVOD/AVOD/FAST).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with AirTable and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards such as Looker.
