What you will do

• Test assets, missions, scenarios, and gameplay systems, including regression testing and result evaluation.
• Organize and participate in game playtests.
• Log detailed issues in Jira with clear reproduction steps.
• Create, update, and maintain QA documentation based on design specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and designers during the bug life cycle and research phases.
• Provide constructive feedback for game improvements beyond simple bug reporting.

Requirements

• Previous QA experience specifically in game testing.
• Experience testing across different gaming platforms, including consoles.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• English: B2 level required for team communication and documentation.
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, test cycles, and bug-tracking processes.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
• Experience with game content creation or a strong sense of gameplay balance and pacing.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global games and their proprietary engine.
