What you will do
- Design and execute performance, load, and scalability tests for core product components.
- Build and maintain realistic enterprise-grade test environments and complex topologies.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and system limits in collaboration with developers and product managers.
- Participate in root cause analysis of performance issues reported by customers and support teams.
- Own and evolve performance test labs, including configuration, monitoring, and IT collaboration.
Requirements
- Technical education or strong hands-on passion for systems and performance.
- 1–2 years of experience in performance or load testing.
- Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux at an advanced user or system administration level.
- Understanding of system internals including CPU, memory, storage, and networking.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- English proficiency for daily communication in international teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Scripting, test automation, or infrastructure deployment experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization.
- Experience with Python and infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible or Terraform.
