What you will do

• Source, select, and secure product ranges that align with the target market.
• Identify and onboard new brands to diversify the existing portfolio.
• Negotiate competitive prices and favorable supply conditions.
• Collaborate with the Planning team to review performance and scale product ranges.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the return-to-supplier process.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers.

Requirements

• Must be registered under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette).
• 2–3 years of experience as a retail buyer in home or fashion sectors.
• Degree in Economics or equivalent field.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and communication skills.
