What you will do

• Develop original social-first concepts for campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Perform on camera, moderate interviews, and present social formats.
• Film and edit high-quality video content for Instagram and TikTok from concept to final cut.
• Transform live moments into emotional, shareable stories using sound, music, and effects.
• Identify and leverage cultural shifts and platform trends.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize ideation and production workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media content creation, marketing, or PR.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital culture.
• Proven experience in video production and editing with a strong sense of rhythm and timing.
• Excellent storytelling skills and aesthetic sensibility.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
• Must be based in Munich or willing to work from the office 3 days per week.
