What you will do

• Support the operation and continuous improvement of shared AI services.
• Contribute to infrastructure management and automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Implement observability, monitoring, and evaluation across AI projects.
• Develop operational documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing materials for development teams.
• Collaborate with international teams across European locations on real business projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or final year) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Practical experience using Python and Git through coursework or projects.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Must be located in or able to work from Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD, containers, or infrastructure as code.
