Senior Technical Support Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Investigate complex platform, infrastructure, and API issues using logs, metrics, and traces.
• Reproduce difficult production bugs and collaborate with Engineering to identify root causes.
• Build and improve internal tooling, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to increase operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain high-quality troubleshooting guides, playbooks, and developer documentation.
• Proactively identify recurring issues to improve developer experience and reduce customer friction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, developer support, solutions engineering, or SRE roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across REST APIs, HTTP, authentication, JSON, and distributed systems.
• Experience investigating production issues using modern observability platforms.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools for investigation, documentation, and automation.
• Ability to read application code in languages like Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or PHP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical stakeholders.
