What you will do

• Provide walk-up and desk-side IT support for the London office, including device provisioning and onboarding.
• Manage local office AV and meeting-room technology to ensure business continuity.
• Own the global MDM strategy and configuration for MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android across 1,000+ devices.
• Deploy and operationalize Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), DLP, and endpoint hardening policies.
• Collaborate with the security team on EDR/XDR tuning and incident triage.
• Produce compliance evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in endpoint engineering or security with senior-level ownership.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools like Jamf, Intune, or Addigy at scale.
• Proficiency with EDR/XDR platforms (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Microsoft Defender).
• Knowledge of ZTNA and endpoint-to-identity policy chains.
• Must be based in London and able to lift equipment up to 20 kg.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate AV (Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, Poly, Logitech).
• Experience with BYOD data-containment platforms (Venn, Ivanti).
• Familiarity with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or laptop backup platforms like Druva.
• Prior experience producing SOC 2 or ISO 27001 evidence.
