What you will do

• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for sales, inventory, and marketing KPIs.
• Develop scalable and optimized BI data models and semantic datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and reporting performance.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Create dashboard prototypes, wireframes, and proof-of-concept reports.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain Power BI reports in production environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Power BI development.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and dimensional modeling.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Python experience for analytics or automation.
• Experience working with Sales, Retail, FMCG, or Customer Analytics.
