What you will do

  • Lead the design, implementation, verification, and debug of VHDL-based FPGA solutions.
  • Own FPGA architectural design, including partitioning, interfaces, and performance trade-offs.
  • Drive integration of FPGA components with embedded and host software systems.
  • Define development work, translate requirements into technical plans, and provide accurate estimates.
  • Guide day-to-day execution, mentor engineers, and resolve complex technical challenges like timing closure.
  • Evolve development processes, including configuration management, CI/CD, and verification practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex FPGA-based systems.
  • Proficiency in VHDL RTL design, synthesis, place & route, and timing closure.
  • Experience with Xilinx FPGA architectures and toolchains.
  • Software development experience in C or Python for tooling and integration.
  • Experience working in Linux and/or Windows development environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Xilinx SoC platforms (Zynq, Versal) or Intel (Altera) FPGA architectures.
  • Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog.
  • Background in cryptographic algorithms or secure hardware systems.
  • Experience with product compliance, certification, or regulated environments.
