What you will do

• Engineer a highly automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) machine and unified IGA frameworks.
• Design and scale authentication and authorization foundations using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Lead identity integration strategy for mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Configure integrations, write RBAC policies, and engineer IGA platforms with a hands-on approach.
• Codify governance by designing self-service workflows and automated controls.
• Act as an IAM diplomat, negotiating with engineering teams to enforce security while maintaining velocity.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing, building, or scaling Identity and Access programs in complex environments.
• Solid hands-on experience with modern workforce identity systems and lifecycle processes (JML, SoD, Certifications).
• Deep expertise in identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and SCIM.
• Proficiency with RBAC/ABAC models and enterprise identity platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta.
• Strong pragmatic operator mindset with the ability to balance security enforcement and business usability.
• Ability to drive enterprise strategy while managing ground-level technical execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity requirements in regulated environments (PCI-DSS, SOX, SOC 2).
• Familiarity with machine identity governance, secrets management, and API access.
• Relevant industry certifications in the identity domain.
