What you will do

• Parse, clean, and structure data from product, marketing, and payment sources.
• Own ETL processes and maintain daily growth dashboards.
• Analyze the full funnel from acquisition and activation to conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Generate and prioritize hypotheses to increase reach and revenue based on data patterns.
• Automate repetitive data collection, reporting, and dashboard refresh workflows.
• Collaborate with growth managers to design and measure experiments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets.
• Entry-level Python knowledge and high resourcefulness using AI tools.
• Understanding of ETL processes and how data moves between systems.
• Ability to create clear, decision-ready data visualizations.
• English: B2+ level (clear written and spoken).
• Location: Must be based in or relocate to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
