What you will do

• Research, design, and evaluate complex ML models focusing on predictive analytics that impact products and players.
• Take full ownership of hard technical data science problems from ideation and architecture to production.
• Analyze and process large, complex datasets to engineer features and improve model accuracy.
• Handle backend engineering to deploy models, including writing APIs to serve predictions to live environments.
• Mentor peers, set best practices for the AI-ML team, and optimize production models.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist with a portfolio of predictive models.
• High proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or XGBoost.
• Solid foundation in backend engineering (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Node.js) for API infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and building robust data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the mobile gaming industry or large-scale B2C applications.
• Experience with ML platforms like Google Vertex AI or AWS SageMaker.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
