Backend Engineer (Golang) (SaaS marketplace): Building and maintaining scalable backend services while supporting the migration of a SaaS marketplace product with an accent on reliability, maintainability, and flexible delivery. Focus on developing Golang services, coordinating migration activities, and refining technical requirements with cross-functional teams.

Location: Baltic states (Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia), fully remote with occasional on-site work in Vilnius; remote/hybrid setup from Vilnius may be expected.

What you will do

Develop and maintain backend services using Golang.
Support migration activities for a growing SaaS marketplace product.
Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and deliver technical requirements.
Participate in technical discussions and interviews when needed to support team fit.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Golang backend development.
Experience with SaaS products or scalable backend systems.
Ability to work flexibly in a changing project environment.
Strong collaboration skills and fit within a fast-moving product team.
English proficiency required; Lithuanian language skills are preferred.
