What you will do

• Ensure the smooth operation of geo-distributed infrastructure.
• Maintain and configure network equipment, bare metal servers, and NAS.
• Manage virtualization systems using VMWare (vCenter, vSAN).
• Administer Linux servers and automate routine administrative tasks.
• Monitor service status and resolve emerging technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with developers, database administrators, and architects on infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, and firewalls.
• Experience with VMWare administration and HP/Dell server hardware.
• Proficiency in Debian/Ubuntu Linux administration.
• English: Intermediate or higher level required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps practices and IaC tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Understanding of information security principles (SOC2/PCI DSS).
• Familiarity with Kanban methodology.
