Director of Marketing (Hospitality)

Location: Phu Quoc, Vietnam; Vietnamese language required

Salary: VND 35,000,000–45,000,000 monthly gross

What you will do

• Develop and implement PR and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
• Lead the marketing team and strengthen the hotel’s brand identity across communications.
• Oversee campaigns and content, digital visibility, online engagement, and reputation management.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders, and act as the hotel’s spokesperson.
• Manage crisis communications, guest feedback, media inquiries, and online trends.
• Track marketing effectiveness through analytics and manage PR and marketing budgets.

Requirements

• Vietnamese language required.
• Proven leadership experience in PR and marketing, preferably in hospitality.
• Strategic thinking, creativity, and a record of successful strategy execution.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Experience in crisis management, digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Strong organizational, project management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
