What you will do

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Customer Service, and Marketing departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure service quality and continuity.
• Partner with internal teams to facilitate the successful launch and tracking of new products and features.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive updates regarding project milestones and operational metrics for stakeholders.
• Monitor administrative portals and dashboards for anomalies, managing incidents to resolution.
• Supervise the vendor onboarding process and oversee ongoing vendor performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Tech/IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a PMO, Business Analyst, or in Product Management/Planning.
• Previous experience in a crypto-exchange, fintech, or banking environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to build operational frameworks.
• Proficiency in system monitoring, dashboard creation, and utilizing admin portals.
• Must be based in Jakarta.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working specifically within a crypto-exchange company in a PMO, Business Analyst, or Product Planning role.
