What you will do

• Review and develop SOPs and Technical Guidelines to ensure alignment with operational needs and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure complete documentation and communication of guidelines to relevant business units.
• Provide risk assessments and recommendations for draft policies, strategies, and programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits regarding collection data readiness.
• Implement Continuous Improvement Plans across processes and systems to achieve operational excellence.
• Liaise between Internal Collection and Quality Assurance to socialize new quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Policy & Procedure, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for clear issue escalation.
