What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of product features across the full stack.
• Integrate AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Translate product requirements into functional implementations with minimal friction.
• Champion full stack practices and mentor peers to scale AI-augmented development.
• Identify and resolve efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to the entire product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an AI-related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Solid foundation in Java or Golang and proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience owning end-to-end projects in production environments.
• Strong proficiency with mainstream AI coding tools and ability to validate AI-generated code.
• Deep understanding of database design, data modeling, and distributed systems fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects.
• Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web).
